Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing and heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an engineering strategy aligned with roadmaps.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Oversee full product development lifecycle from concept to lifecycle support.
• Drive product innovation, value engineering, and cost competitiveness.
• Establish robust design validation and reliability practices.
• Manage budgets, portfolios, and resource allocation to targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent.
