Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
Proven track record of leadership in R&D and engineering in manufacturing/tech, with 10+ years of experience.
Experience managing diverse technical staff, multiple projects, external vendors, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the engineering staff.
Own the New Product Development process.
Improve motor design and manufacturing processes with VAVE.Identify new product opportunities.
Streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
Develop succession and training plans for the engineering org.
Respond to customer requirements, prioritization and corrective actions.
Ensure technical expertise within the team and collaboration with suppliers.
