Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Saugerties, NY seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams. You will develop high-level roadmaps, align schedules with division goals, and drive design projects to meet safety, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering required.
• MS in Engineering or MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain engineering roadmaps aligned to division requirements and product strategy.
• Establish and track OKRs/KPIs for the engineering function.
• Translate business objectives into engineering plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver on time, quality, and cost targets.
• Manage day-to-day engineering personnel and performance reviews.
• Develop and manage annual engineering budget and cost tracking.
• Lead design reviews, FMEA, and HAZOP sessions to mitigate risks.
