• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, ADA) and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Staff and maintain all engineering positions and preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor budgets and prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with ordinances, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with guests, management, and departments to deliver reliable operations.
