Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product development and/or project management.
• 7+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs annual product development plans and initiatives.
• Oversees product design, testing and validation and provides judgments.
• Maintains technical relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Sets standards, processes and benchmarks for the engineering team.
• Manages budgeting and staffing to build a high-performing org.
