Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Engineering leader for The Hiltons on Canyon in Boulder. You will oversee the engineering division, drive maintenance and energy programs, and lead a team to ensure safety and first-class operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, CAPEX planning, and implementing emergency programs, with focus on asset protection and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• 4–5 years of related hotel engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
• Ability to manage budgets and capital expenditures.
• Strong management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR in the division, hire, train, develop, coach and review staff.
• Develop and manage the department's budget and capital expenditure plan.
• Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate contracts.
• Direct all Emergency Programs; ensure drills, inspections and records.
• Manage energy conservation programs for the property.
