Supreme Integrated Technology is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead SIT's multidisciplinary engineering team, shaping strategy and driving technical excellence in hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic solutions for marine, oil & gas, defense, civil infrastructure, and industrial applications.

The role oversees engineering strategy, execution, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, including

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in hydraulic or electrohydraulic system design and integration.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Experience delivering engineered-to-order systems in marine, oil & gas, defense, civil infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of system-level engineering, design reviews, and lifecycle execution.
• Experience in negotiating, reviewing, and developing contract technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering leadership team to define and execute SIT's engineering strategy.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and design review for complex hydraulic, electric and structural projects.
• Build technical depth and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Partner with project management and operations to ensure engineering deliverables support fabrication, testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations during pursuit and proposal phases to support solution development, risk assessment, and cost accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with defense cybersecurity and MIL-SPEC standards (CMMC 2.0) and security documentation.
