• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or related field.
• 5+ years of hydraulic system design experience.
• Experience with industry standards (UL, ISO, CE).
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale hydraulic projects from concept through delivery.
• Define system architecture based on performance requirements.
• Support pre-sales by developing technical proposals and solutions.
