Qualifications

• Fifteen years in structural engineering with leadership experience.
• BS in Engineering required; MS desirable.
• SE license in AZ and/or CA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with sales and estimating; coordinate design effort.
• Coach and lead a cross-functional design/assist team.
• Develop and implement QA/QC processes for major designs.
• Forecast design completion against pull schedules; manage budgets.
