Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years IT experience with at least 1 year in program management.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Jira and Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery planning and governance to align work with priorities.
• Establish delivery frameworks, planning processes, governance cadence, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and program leadership to prioritize work by strategic objectives.
• Manage backlog structure, planning activities, milestones, scope and dependencies.
• Ensure engineering capacity focuses on high-value initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and integration activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
