Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Facilities Engineer to manage facility service contracts, capital improvement projects, and vendor performance across multiple facilities. You will develop scopes of work, review proposals, manage budgets, and support operations to ensure safe, cost-effective project delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities or related fields, strong communication, and ability to travel between sites. A PMP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, project management, or contractor administration. PMP certification may be considered.
• Experience reviewing contractor proposals, estimates, and bid packages.
• Experience managing service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage facility service contracts.
• Review and approve out-of-scope work.
• Solicit, evaluate, and recommend vendor proposals and competitive bids.
• Review contractor pricing, estimates, and scopes of work for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Coordinate construction contractors and specialty service providers.
• Support contract renewals, scope development, and vendor performance reviews.
• Attend project meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
