The role focuses on managing plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting software testing activities, and overseeing hardware/software configuration management to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting progress to leadership while promoting collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in automotive software development or software quality.
• Minimum 3 years of program management experience.
• Experience in technical program and project management for software quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Lead requirements gathering and define project scope across teams.
• Monitor progress and develop recovery plans for schedule deviations.
• Prepare status reports for technical teams and leadership.
• Develop and deliver governance presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional program meetings and coordinate execution.
• Lead preparation of testing work items and coordinate during execution.
• Define hardware configurations and manage test hardware procurement.
