Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a New Model Program Engineer to support launch of new vehicle and powertrain models. This role focuses on program management, issue resolution, and status reporting across launch phases.

It is an onsite position with travel requirements and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive critical launch activities to successful completion. The incumbent will manage pre-production builds, coordinate budget approvals, and prepare weekly status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• 2+ years solving problems with a statistical mindset.
• 1+ years in Powertrain/Vehicle Operations manufacturing, design, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a gatekeeper for New Model Programs and ensure launch processes standards.
• Manage pre-production build events to meet quality/efficiency objectives.
• Oversee pre-production vehicle ordering, building, testing and disposition.
• Lead the Pre-Production Drive Fleet Evaluation Plan and issue resolution.
• Co-chair launch meetings and drive part support issue resolution.
