Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in program coordination, project coordination, or event logistics in a large corporate environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions or departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cross-functional programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Track milestones and risks to project schedules.
• Plan and execute leadership meetings, town halls, and large events.
