Job summary

The Manager, Engineering at Stellarus leads a team responsible for designing and delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise technology capabilities. This leader ensures teams have the strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline needed to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering or related tech disciplines.
• 2+ years of people management or project leadership.
• Strong Agile, backlog, risk and delegation skills.
• Fluency with cloud-native, APIs, CI/CD, and modern dev practices.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks, backend services, databases, REST, cloud, containers, IaC, and AI coding tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, and leadership.
• Experience in regulated/healthcare/enterprise tech preferred.
