Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Software Development Engineering to lead cross-functional engineering teams focused on identifying and shaping complex enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will oversee a subdomain of 2-3 scrum teams, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, and drive modernization of roadmaps for the Plan Sponsor
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience in a matrixed environment.
- 5+ years managing a variety of technologies including Mainframe, Java and Springboot.
- 3+ years leading projects and managing direct reports.
- 3+ years of enterprise application architecture, API development, and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee risk assessment, resolve delivery and production issues, and minimize disruptions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional growth.
- Manage a subdomain of 2-3 scrum teams delivering software for monthly deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver enhancements.
