Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to drive cross-functional software programs for Retail Front Store Modernization. You will partner with architecture, product and PMO to shape complex enterprise initiatives, deliver AI-enabled transformations, and accelerate end-to-end program execution across multiple teams.

This role requires a proven track record leading large programs, strong delivery practices, risk management, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software programs with senior stakeholder reporting.
• 8+ years in matrix leadership across multiple teams.
• Experience influencing product development with PMO and architecture.
• Strong delivery focus with KPI and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps to support Retail Front Store Value streams.
• Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive towards resolution.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies.
• End-to-End Program Plan and timely tracking and reporting.
• Manage program level status reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Define, measure and track metrics and KPIS to measure success and Business Outcomes.
• Drive and establish AI adoption and best practices for technical execution.
