Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and drive the Retail Front Store modernization strategy. You will shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives and deliver accelerated transformations with AI-enabled approaches.

The role requires a proven track record in technology program delivery, strong leadership in matrix environments, and collaboration with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development and deployment.

Qualifications

10+ years leading technology program delivery or large software engineering programs.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
2+ years coordinating across architecture, product and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
Oversee end-to-end program planning, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Define and track KPIs to measure business outcomes for the FS merchandising portfolio.
Foster AI adoption and best practices for technical execution and delivery.
Partner with Business, Product and Technology to support the delivery roadmap.
