Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to drive cross-functional software initiatives across Retail Front Store modernization programs. You will partner with architecture, product, and PMO to deliver AI-enabled transformation and accelerated delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program delivery or leading large software programs
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization
• 2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams
• Drive AI-enabled transformation strategies and execution
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across streams
• Deliver end-to-end program plans with timely reporting to stakeholders
• Define, measure and track KPIs and business outcomes for the FS merchandizing portfolio
• Collaborate with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors
