Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and drive resolution with teams.
• Coordinate cross-workstream technical dependencies.
• Develop End-to-End Program Plans with status reporting.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Define, measure, and track KPIs to tie to business outcomes.
