• 10+ years leading technology programs or large software delivery
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across streams
• Ensure end-to-end planning, tracking and stakeholder communication
• Define, measure and report KPIs to drive business outcomes
