Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program delivery or software engineering leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
• Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks, engage teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• End-to-End Program Plan with timely tracking and reporting.
• Manage program-level status reporting to stakeholders.
• Define, measure and track metrics and KPIs to show outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption and best practices for delivery.
• Build relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors.
