CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Engineering Delivery Leader to guide cross-functional engineering teams in delivering Retail Front Store modernization initiatives and AI-enabled transformations. You will drive roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure timely execution across multiple value streams, partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.

Strong leadership and software engineering expertise are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology program delivery or software engineering leading large software programs.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks and drive resolution.
Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
End-to-End program plan and timely tracking and reporting.
Manage program level status reporting and communication to stakeholders.
Define, measure and track KPIs to drive business outcomes for FS merchandising.
Drive AI adoption and best practices for technical execution and delivery.
Build relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors to support the delivery roadmap.
