Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams in delivering fast-paced Retail Front Store modernization initiatives. You will shape and execute roadmaps, prioritize complex enterprise initiatives, and drive AI-enabled transformations to enhance front store merchandising strategy.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in technology program delivery or software engineering leading large programs.
• Eight+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• Four+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development.
• Two+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and overall program plan.
• Report status to stakeholders and define/track KPIs.
• Establish AI best practices for technical delivery and execution.
• Build relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners.
