CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Engineering Delivery Leader to guide cross-functional engineering teams in building and executing fast-paced Retail Front Store modernization strategies. The role focuses on prioritizing complex enterprise initiatives and delivering accelerated transformations, including AI-enabled modernizations to advance the front store merchandising business and technology strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years as a Technology Program Delivery leader or software engineering lead overseeing large software programs.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence development.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks, engaging teams to drive resolution.
Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
End-to-End program plan with timely tracking and reporting.
Manage program level status reporting to stakeholders.
Define, measure and track KPIs to assess business outcomes for FS merchandising.
Drive AI adoption and best practices for technical execution and delivery.
Build strong relationships with Business, Product, Technology partners and vendors.
