Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams on Retail Front Store Modernization initiatives and AI-enabled transformations. You will shape roadmaps, identify priorities, and drive complex programs end-to-end across multiple streams.

The Lead Director will prioritize delivery, manage risks, and provide executive-level status updates while collaborating with Business, Product, and Technology partners to realize the roadmap.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large software programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
8+ years in matrix team leadership and program delivery.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence development.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
Own End-to-End Program Plan with timely status reporting.
Define, measure and track KPIs to show business outcomes.
