Job summary

Copeland in Cudahy, WI is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support the PMO, NPD, Operations and Sales teams. You will schedule and track projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely processing of change orders and engineering drawings.

Strong communication with customers and vendors is essential. The role requires two years of college plus 2-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Dynamics and Autodesk Vault, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of college plus 2–5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Dynamics and Vault software.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Able to read technical specs and manuals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support PMO, NPD, Ops and Sales.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Process engineering change orders and manage drawings.
• Prepare shop folders for ETO/CTO projects and vendor drawings.
