Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end project setup, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate pre-project planning: scopes, task orders, schedules, and fee projections.
• Lead bid processes: advertisements, specs, tabulations, and award recommendations.
• Serve as the central communication point during construction administration.
• Track pay apps, change notices and subconsultant invoices.
• Closeout projects with punch lists, as-builts, and regulatory approvals.
• Support QA/QC through schedule oversight and record management.
• Assist business development by tracking client pipelines in CRM.
• Provide admin and scheduling support to engineering leadership.
• Foster cross-team communication and resolve scheduling conflicts.
