Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a project coordinator or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with exposure to engineering/production environments.
• Ability to understand Bills of Materials (BOMs) and fabrication drawings.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite and 3+ years in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with document review and handling submittal drawings.
• Excellent organization with focus on accuracy, completeness, and version control.
• Ability to track milestones, deliverables, and action items with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project setup, execution, tracking, and closeout activities.
• Create and maintain project files, logs, trackers, and records in ERP systems and shared folders.
• Assist with kickoff preparation by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including customer correspondence, submittals, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to share project information.
• Track milestones, deliverables, due dates, and open actions; escalate risks promptly.
• Assist with material status tracking, document routing, and shipment readiness to support on-time execution.
• Prepare recurring project status updates and data for internal and customer reports.
• Support invoice packages and closeout documentation as directed by Project Managers.
• Maintain change logs, issue logs, and project correspondence for scope control.
