Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services seeks an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to support Oracle eBS R12 configurations for manufacturing, P2P, and Projects integrations. You will help map current processes, design solutions, and document requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams at NASA JPL in Pasadena.

The role requires strong analytical and business analysis skills, PL/SQL development, and ability to present options to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.X eBS experience.
Hands-on ERP configuration including P2P, Projects, and cost data integration.
Experience with costing, BOM, routing, overhead absorption, and GL transfer.
Proven ability to design and maintain PL/SQL packages and interfaces.
Strong business analysis skills: mapping, requirements, and documentation.
MS Office proficiency and ability to present options to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise System Analyst leads and stakeholders to refine requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and deliver actionable solution options.
Map current and future business processes and recommend Oracle eBS updates.
Support design development and ensure alignment with requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
Support testing and user training activities.
Document designs, workflows, and enhancements.
Assist in resolving issues and guiding stakeholders through closures.
Provide bi-weekly functional status reporting.
