Job summary

nVent is seeking a motivated Co-Op Engineer in Richland, MS to support mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering projects starting January 2027. You will grow through leadership exposure, hands-on development opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

You will participate in structured training, work with Inventor or SolidWorks, and network with peers and mentors. Eligible students must pursue a relevant bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong communication

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or industrial technology.
Sophomore class or later; graduating by summer 2029.
GPA of at least 2.75.
Experience using Inventor or SolidWorks 3D modeling software.
Strong written and oral communication to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities
