Job summary

nVent’s Mechanical Engineering Co-op program in Solon, OH, offers hands-on rotations across Applications Engineering, New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Labs. You will work on real product development tasks, modeling, testing, and documentation while learning Lean and Six Sigma principles.

We seek undergraduates in engineering with a 3.0 GPA, pursuing mechanical engineering, available for 8 months full-time in Solon, OH, and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, with a mechanical focus preferred.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Able to complete a full-time co-op for 8 months (semester and summer) in Solon, OH. (Co-ops are required to provide their own transportation to and from work)
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future
