nVent’s Electrical Engineering Internship in Anoka, Minnesota offers hands-on project experience in a global electrical solutions company. You will apply your engineering training to real projects, work under a manager, and grow through structured learning opportunities and leadership exposure.

We seek students pursuing a Bachelors in Electrical or Computer Engineering, graduating Dec 2027–May 2028, authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028 (current Sophomores and Juniors preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Apply specific technological training to specific projects.
• Performs calculations and engineering analysis for component selection.
• Defines all aspects of product characteristics to meet specifications.
• Establishes and coordinates development schedule.
• Assists materials department in selecting suitable suppliers.
• Supports sales and service field activities.
• Complies with the company’s performance and conduct policies.
