Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, invites engineering students to join a Fall 2027 Co-op in Lafayette, GA, focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will rotate across shop operations, process/advanced manufacturing engineering, global supply chain, quality, sourcing, and materials management while contributing to projects under assignment leaders.

The program runs August 16, 2027 to December 10, 2027, with housing and relocation assistance for eligible students.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (4.0 scale) and graduation May 2028 or later.
• Willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain including manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Develop and demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving.
• Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.
• Travel 0%–10%, depending on role. Some overtime or Saturdays may be required.
