Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a student for its Engineering Co-op Program—a 15-week rotation at the Fernley, Nevada site. Co-ops will support site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects, gaining hands-on exposure to equipment analysis, installations and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the Co-op program.
  • Must be pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Assist site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
  • Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
  • Perform equipment analysis and evaluate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
  • Participate in new installations and facility revisions.
  • Present final rotation results to site, program, and division leadership.
