Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites applicants to join a 15-week Engineering Co-op Program at our Holland, Michigan site in January 2027. Co-ops will support the Engineering Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects, contributing to departmental goals and initiatives.

Minimum requirements include enrollment in an Engineering degree (sophomore or higher), 18+ years old, and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an Engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist site Engineering Manager with equipment analysis and new installations.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Investigate and evaluate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Lead or contribute to special projects identified by the Engineering Team.
• Present final results to site, program, and division leadership at the end of rotation.
