Job summary

Trane Technologies in Tyler, TX is seeking motivated engineering students for multiple Co-Op positions, onsite with relocation/housing stipend provided before starting. These roles offer hands-on experience in product, manufacturing, quality, and electrical engineering, with real project exposure and the possibility to interview for full-time roles.

You must be enrolled in a BS program in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Computer, Aerospace or related field, able to commit 6–8 months full-time,

• Current enrollment in a BS engineering degree (see above majors).
• Available for 6–8 consecutive months (Jan–Aug or May–Dec).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Onsite work in Tyler, TX with relocation stipend provided.

Onsite in Tyler, TX– $3500 relocation/housing stipend is provided prior to starting.

As we hire the majority of our full-time positions through our intern & co-op talent, successful candidates will have an opportunity to interview for full-time positions.

What you will bring:

• We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative team members who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus.

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related major

• Must be available to work Full-time for 6-8 consecutive months (January-August or May-December)

• Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences

• Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize tasks based on importance

• Demonstrated leadership: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership on work projects

• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
