Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a co-op in Grand Rapids, MI for the Design-to-Order (DTO) team. You will collaborate with 2D/3D CAD designers to verify part fit, ensure BOM accuracy, interface with suppliers, and support product validation.

Pursuing a BS/BA in mechanical engineering is required; you will work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting, gain exposure to product development, and contribute to delivering engineered designs in a collaborative environment.

Where is the work

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What's in it for you

This co-op position is in the Design-to-Order (DTO) team that consists of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and controls engineers. The DTO team works closely with sales and product engineering teams to translate customer requirements to a design that is detailed enough to be handed over to the manufacturing team. The DTO team members are spread across multiple geographical regions. This position is located in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Salary and Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $31.00 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
