Job summary

Trane Technologies invites a co-op student to join the Design-to-Order (DTO) team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers and work with 2D/3D CAD designers to verify part fit in assemblies and maintain accurate engineering BOMs.

You will interface with suppliers and testing services to support validation and act as a liaison between DTO members and manufacturing and quality engineers to help resolve issues.

Where Is The Work

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What's In It For You

This co-op position is in the Design-to-Order (DTO) team that consists of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and controls engineers. The DTO team works closely with sales and product engineering teams to translate customer requirements to a design that is detailed enough to be handed over to the manufacturing team. The DTO team members are spread across multiple geographical regions.

This position is located in Grand Rapids Michigan.
