Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Analyze impacts and dependencies of changes, performing audits and data validation for hardware ECR/ECO packages.
• Maintain a centralized repository for change-related documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Compile and analyze ECO metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship on ECO procedures and tools; prepare meeting materials and agendas.
