Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an Engineering Change Services specialist in Fremont, CA to manage the Engineering Change Order process in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will research documentation, align teams, and drive change control from initiation to approval, including ISO-compliant documentation and BOM updates.

The role requires CAD experience (NX), strong communication, and coordination with engineering and NPI teams to ensure timely ECR/ECO cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Drafting using Siemens NX CAD with actual CAD experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ensure meeting minutes with actions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generates and manages Change Orders (CO) through closure.
• Performs documentation research for parts/assemblies for Engineering Change Orders.
• Supports NPI PMs on ECR/ECO activities daily.
• Interfaces with Engineers and Designers on design solutions for BOMs.
