Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a Documentation and Change Order (ECR/ECO) specialist to manage engineering change control within PLM systems. The role involves drafting COs, data mining, and acting as the POC for change escalations in a fast-paced environment.

You will interface with Engineers and Designers to align BOMs with lean manufacturing requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Strong change management and configuration management knowledge.
• Overtime may be required to support manufacturing needs.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Experience with BOMs and ECO/CO processes.

Responsibilities

• Generates and manages Change Orders through closure.
• Performs documentation research for parts/assemblies for ECO/CO.
• Supports NPI PMs on ECO activities.
• Interfaces with Engineers and Designers on design solutions to BOMs.
• Coordinate change control board preparations and approvals.
• Track documents from initiation to final approval.
• Capture decisions and action items; send detailed minutes.
• Facilitate design review meetings and act as coordinator.
