Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an Engineering Change Order specialist in Fremont, CA. You will generate and manage COs, perform documentation research for parts/assemblies, support NPI PMs, and interface with engineers to align BOMs with lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
Experience with change management and configuration management practices.
Familiarity with PLM tools and CAD software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Generates and manages Change Orders through closure.
Performs documentation research for parts/assemblies for CO accuracy and compliance.
Supports NPI PMs on Engineering Change Order activities.
Interfaces with Engineers to align BOMs with lean manufacturing requirements.
Act as POC for change control processes in Engineering.
Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely change cut-in.
Process part numbers, BOMs, and change orders for change control board preparation.
Track documents from initiation to final approval and report progress.
