Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr Engineering Support Specialist to drive ECOs and coordinate cross-functional teams in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely progress through review and approval processes.

You will liaise with engineering, manufacturing and management, escalating risks as needed, and supporting Teamcenter-driven workflows to keep complex programs on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECO activities from initiation to completion and track action items.
• Maintain records of ownership, status, dependencies and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Support Teamcenter-based workflow management and documentation.
• Identify barriers, escalate risks, and help teams develop solutions.
