Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking an Engineering Change Management Analyst/Associate to lead ECR/ECO lifecycle management, data validation, and documentation control across hardware and software changes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role offers exposure to a world-class gaming product team and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years experience in managing engineering changes, data analysis, or related analytics in a manufacturing or technology setting.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, ERP systems and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and insightful reports for stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of change management, lifecycle processes, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of ECRs and ECOs, ensuring changes align with procedures.
• Analyze impacts and dependencies of changes, conduct audits and data validation.
• Maintain centralized repository for change-related documentation with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for communication, risk assessment, and decisions on ECO updates.
• Compile and analyze ECO metrics to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during audits.
• Provide training and mentorship on ECO procedures and tools to departments.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials for ECO meetings with key collaborators.
• Monitor ECO progress and coordinate with owners to mitigate delays.
• Develop process documentation, reports, dashboards, and training materials.
• Apply data analysis to interpret change data and support strategic decisions.
