Qualifications

• 2+ years in managing engineering changes or related analytics in manufacturing/tech.
• Experience with PLM/ERP and collaboration tools.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of hardware/software lifecycle and document control.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of ECRs and ECOs ensuring alignment with procedures.
• Analyze impacts and dependencies, perform audits and data validation for hardware packages.
• Maintain centralized repository for change documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ECO updates and risk assessment.
• Develop ECO metrics, identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audits.
• Provide training on ECO processes and tools.
• Prepare agendas and materials for ECO meetings.
• Monitor progress and mitigate delays.
• Develop process docs, dashboards, and training materials.
• Apply data analysis to forecast issues and support decisions.
