Job summary

Turion Space in Irvine, CA is seeking a PLM Change Analyst to own documentation and change control across item masters, ECOs, BOMs, drawings, procedures and work instructions. This role is on-site and exempt, with a focus on secure, complete PLM records in support of engineering operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in document control or engineering change management, experience with PLM systems (Agile, Windchill, Arena or similar), and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Document Control, Configuration Management or Engineering Change Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with PLM systems (Agile, Windchill, Arena or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation and change records are accurate, complete and compliant with CM standards.
• Execute and process ECOs/ECRs in PLM per procedures.
• Route, track and close engineering changes with required reviews and approvals.
• Perform PLM administration: user onboarding, permissions, roles, training.
• Support PLM implementation and data migration activities.
