Job summary

GRAMMER Americas in Shannon, MS is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to manage engineering changes, SAP data and cross-functional coordination across the Americas region. The role involves driving process improvements, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring timely data updates for series platforms.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineering teams, and customers to implement changes, maintain compliance with Grammer standards, and contribute to on-time project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a similar automotive roles with manufacturing exposure.
• Extensive SAP experience including BOMs, routings, material master data, workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage feasibility and control of engineering changes, ensuring costs, planning, and resources.
• Update and maintain SAP data for platforms; coordinate with Project Managers and engineering team.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for ECM processes and cost-saving proposals.
• Review and approve circular data for all series platforms; ensure timely actions and preventive measures.
