Job summary

GRAMMER is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Tupelo, MS team. You will drive process improvements, optimize layouts, and lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity across manufacturing cells. Strong SAP workflow, AutoCAD, and MS Office skills are essential.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Production to ensure on-time launches, target cost, and process reliability in line with APQP, PPAP, and ISO/TS16949 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with SAP workflow and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements and apply Lean/Kaizen methods.
• Plan and monitor project timelines and resource needs.
• Evaluate process changes, tooling, and equipment for reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Production.
• Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, and ISO/TS16949 requirements.
