Grammer is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator at our Shannon, MS location to lead engineering changes and drive continuous improvements across the Americas region. You will collaborate with engineering, project managers and customers to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and data integrity in SAP.

The role requires SAP experience, strong cross-functional communication and a track record of meeting timelines in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred, manufacturing experience required.
• Extensive SAP experience including BOMs, routings, material master data, workflows.
• Effective cross-functional communication and information management.
• CoreTools, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP, GD&T, blueprint and drawing interpretation.

Mansioni

• Feasibility and management of engineering changes, including costs, planning and resources.
• Identify risks and mitigate throughout the process.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for engineering changes.
• Support change initiatives and cost-saving proposals.
• Review and approve circular data for all series platforms.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions during development.
• Update SAP - Routings, WC, CC for platforms; use engineering data.
• Maintain SAP focusing on engineering activities (CC02/SCASE/WF/Investments).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, customers and engineering teams.
• Escalate issues to leaders as needed.
• Implement Part History for all plant platforms.
• Ensure Part History is updated as a standard activity.
• Follow-up on engineering sample/prototype delivery dates.
• Active participation on shop floor for platforms undergoing changes.
• Manage 5S and material control around ECM samples.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close engineering changes.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures.
• Create and update Variant Matrix and BOM in SAP and related systems.
• Ensure safety audits and Grammer regulatory requirements compliance.
